Aftermarket Tent Sponsor

By submitting the payment form, you confirm your agreement to participate in the 2025 Northwood University International Auto Show (“Auto Show”). Participation includes, but is not limited to, lending vehicles, providing display materials to be used during the show, and coordinating with the appropriate Divisional or Team Captain to create a compelling display and transport vehicles to campus.

In doing so, you acknowledge and agree to carry insurance on all vehicles, displays, or products involved in the Auto Show. Northwood University does not provide insurance coverage for any participant-owned vehicles, displays, or products. Additionally, the cost of fuel for transporting vehicles to and from the Auto Show is the sole responsibility of the vehicle provider.

You agree to pay for your designated space in the Auto Show, with final location subject to change based on the requested tent size. For any questions regarding tents, please contact Eddie MacNellis. By submitting the payment form, your company agrees to contribute to the enhancement of your display by providing, when possible, materials such as signage, vehicle information, and other marketing collateral. Once the signed contract is returned, an invoice outlining payment terms will be issued. This invoice must be paid in full by September 1, 2025, in order to secure admission to the Auto Show, which takes place from September 18–21, 2025.

If your company selects the “Bring Tent” option, you agree to provide your own company tent along with the appropriate anchoring equipment necessary to ensure its safe and secure installation. You further affirm that your company carries adequate insurance coverage, as failure to properly anchor your tent may result in your company being held liable for any resulting property damage or personal injury. Please note that all tents will be inspected by the fire marshal prior to the event to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
